RiverCross is committed to respecting and protecting the privacy of our valued donors. We have developed this privacy policy to assure our supporters that their personal information (any information by which you can be identified) is kept secure and will not be shared with any third party. We use the information you provide to process donations and communicate with you based on the interests you have shown towards RiverCross.

How information is used.

RiverCross uses your information to help you complete a transaction/donation, to communicate back to you, and to update you on our organization’s happenings. Credit card numbers are used only for secure donation or payment processing and are not retained for other purposes.

How information is kept secure.

RiverCross has established and implemented appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. We use industry-standard encryption technology (TLS) when collecting or transferring sensitive data such as credit card information or personally identifiable information. Any information you enter is encrypted at your browser, sent over the public internet in encrypted form, and stored securely as your donation/payment is processed.

No sharing of personal information. 

RiverCross will not sell, rent, lease or share your personal information to or with other organizations or any third party. Use of supporter information will be limited to the internal purposes of RiverCross and only to further the ministry activities and purposes of RiverCross.

Removing your name from our communications.

RiverCross will not send you e-mails that you have not agreed to receive. If you have provided us with your contact information, we may periodically send you e-mail announcing news and event information. You will always have the opportunity to unsubscribe at any time. If you choose to supply your postal address in an online form, you may receive mailings from us as well. It is not our desire to send unwanted communications to our supporters. Please contact us if you wish to be removed from our communications list.
