A dynamic, in-person training equipping caregivers, church leaders, and frontline advocates with trauma-informed, Gospel-centered tools to care for vulnerable children.
Participants will experience interactive teaching, practical tools anchored by our Bridge to Freedom audio drama, and a supportive network of peers committed to helping children thrive in the midst of adversity.
Led by Master Trainers Tino Rusike, Regional Field Coordinator, and Devon Tarr, Training Director & Trauma Specialist.

Training Tracks
Individual Participant Track: Explore the program
- Monday and Tuesday only. This track is best for leaders or caregivers who would like to observe or explore the program but who are not ready to be trained for implementation. Participants will have the opportunity to meet with RiverCross staff on Tuesday after the program to learn about next steps. Participants are invited to return on Friday afternoon to join the RiverCross Summit celebration.

- $85 USD per person
Facilitator Training Track: Be trained to facilitate
- Monday through Friday. This is the full training for those interested in becoming a RiverCross Facilitator and implementing the program in their community. Includes access to download the audio drama Bridge to Freedom for use in RiverCross Clubs, as well as a RiverCross Club Guide (Facilitator Manual). Successfully completing this training track equips Facilitators for RiverCross Club implementation.
- Includes a RiverCross Facilitator Certificate and a RiverCross T-shirt.
- $325 USD per person
Pastoral Training Track: Be equipped to advocate
- Monday through Friday. Includes facilitator sessions in the morning, as well as specialized afternoon breakout sessions for pastors focused on the theology of caring for the vulnerable. Best suited for pastors and church workers who are not directly implementing the program, but want to support others who are.
- Includes a RiverCross Pastoral Advocacy Certificate and a RiverCross T-shirt
- $325 USD per person
All tracks include refreshments each day and a hot lunch Tuesday through Friday. There will be an optional RiverCross Club site visit on Saturday morning. RSVP required.
